Wild Game Processing

A fifty dollar ($50) deposit is required for all wild game processing.  We reserve the right to refuse any deer trim brought in that does not meet our requirements.  All steaks, roasts, and chops are boneless. 

We smoke fish, ducks, turkeys, pheasants & geese ~ Contact us directly for pricing.

Meat pick up hours are Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:30p and Saturday 8:00am - 11:00 am  ONLY.  If unable to come during these hours please call ahead of time during these hours to make alternate arrangements.
